I received no response to my inquiry on Jan 1, 2016, so I am resending: On the myBloomington City Services tool my address of 633 Bayberry Ct W both the Trash Day and Recycle Week is noted as “Not Available” and I never receive a Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule magnet. When trash and recycling is picked up on my street (S. Washington), sanitation employees throw the empty cans and bins back down, which is both very loud early in the morning and had resulted in damage to my trash cans and bins. Monday mornings, the sidewalks of S. Washington are strewn with the cans and bins that have been tossed (rather than set) back on the sidewalk.
My apartment building at 3405 E. Longview Ave. does not get recycling services, but I see that my neighbors in the same are do. When will be be able to have recycling?
2301 East Arden Drive -- Our trash got picked up by our Recycling needs to be picked up. We were missed this morning. Please pick up old bins as well. We will put them out again on Friday, October 27 Thank you so much. We like the new bins!!!
When our recycling was picked up on Thursday, apparently half the material in the can was stuck and did not fall into the truck, maybe because a flattened cardboard box was a little bit wedged against the sides of the bin. So when we got home after the pickup, we found the bin still half-full. Maybe it is possible for the sanitation workers to double-check to make sure bins are properly emptied before returning them to the curb.

Broken glass pieces left in the street in where the rear loading truck picks up the recycling. We have swept the street for the past two weeks. See attached photo. I have reported this to the office by phone today (12/21/17)
If I have a large piece of cardboard, such that a 55" TV came in, does that have to be cut up in small pieces and tied in a bundle to fit in the recycle container? Thanks
Good morning, Our recycling bin wasn't emptied out this morning. It looks 3/4 full still. Would you please send the trucks by our home (2138 E Meadowbluff Ct) to collect the rest of our recycling? Thank you
Recycling that was not properly dumped into the truck blew down the street and now my yard is littered.
