sidewalk snow removal
There are some bushes that need to be trimmed on N. Jackson St. I was almost T-boned today because when you are coming from the stop on 16th St, you can't see the traffic coming up N. Jackson St. (from 17th St.) If you look left and right at the 16th St/N. Jackson St. stop sign, you can barely see either way for oncoming traffic. It was almost a bad accident today with me - I hope no one else is involved in one due to this.
Lots of potholes that need to be filled on W 15th St between Jackson and Madison
No snow removal for many addresses on this block: 500, 508, 514, 524, 534, 540 S Lincoln St
Hello. We provide water at this address for the tenants (there are 3 units in this property) and they let us know they believe one of their trash bins has been stolen. Can this be replaced? If so, what does that process look like? Thank you! Kim Newton Orion Property Management for Van Hoy Properties
Pothole
Water meter pit in alley on north side of 514 S Grant St has a broken cap, and looks like vehicle’s tires have been driving into the pit.
The garbage area was used by an house individual and it smells like poop. It is very dirty around there. Is that the designated area for the apartment garbage?
According to the city code, the alleyway is maintained by the city. It is public and not private. This particular section has a problem with stormwater that pools and creates a large puddle for the tenants and service vehicles.
Recent construction of over-large building next to old stone church on Grant has caused drainage issues on the alley intersection between 9th and 10th, Grant and Lincoln. When it rains, a lake forms with nowhere for the water to go now. People who built the building should be required to fix this before winter.
