Parking Ticket-- Hi, I want to give Sgt. Albert in the Police Department a HUGE COMPLIMENT! My mother Brigitte Jensen in Bloomington (I live in Idaho) is 80 years old. She has been very ill and even though she has a handicapped sticker, she was given a ticket in a Private Parking Lot for parking in a lined area in front of a dollar store. She called me and was a bit shaken. I am here in Idaho and I called Sgt. Albert. He was so understanding and KIND. I actually got an update on Bloomington/Normal. Hello, I'm not certain the best way to contact the City of Bloomington about this question, but I cannot seem to locate this information on your website. My husband and I are (attempting to become) first time homebuyers. We have been pre-qualified for an FHA loan, and in that process found mention of local programs offering to cover the 3.5% downpayment. Resident keeps putting food out near her property claiming it's for rabbits. The picture of a big slice of watermelon. She also claimed it was for rabbits and not the deer. This is defeating the purpose if she can get away with something like this. The offender lives at 400 E. Winslow Farm Dr.
