I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. It appears to be a leak before the meter as far as I can tell. Email is best contact thanks,

The cover of the water meter at 1214 E 1st St is leaking water.
I remember that this happened during one of the past winters.
I don't know if anyone is living there right now. This is not my address but a neighbor's. I pass it when walking my dog.

I am having trouble finding the information I need on your website. I just spoke with Lori at customer service, and she advised me it is possible to receive email notification when a bill is due, and what the amount is. I do NOT want to get automatic check payments made to you, I simply want to receive my amount due, and send you a payment by check. I'm sorry, but I don't see anywhere on this website where I can sign up for this. Would you be kind enough to contact me, either via email, or telephone, and help me through this process? I just received your bill in the mail, and according to the bill, I have 3 days to get a payment to you. That's simply crazy. I look forward to your reply. Thank you, Chris Thornbury
