Yard is grossly overgrown and there is trash on porch.
Overgrown yard, especially side along Coolidge Drive and backyard. Front is overgrown but not as bad at the moment. Trash around house and on porch.

Stop sign has been knocked down/fallen and is not very visible as you approach Montclair from heading west on Rock Creek Dr.
Trash and recycle containers placed out Wednesday evening. Looks like one or two items were removed from each container leaving both containers nearly full.
