There are multiple animals in the home, with some rooms at a hoarding level with boxes and various items stacked up to the ceiling. The house is not clean, the dogs are frequently not taken out on walks and use the bathroom in the house. Two of the dogs were bought with the purpose of breeding and selling. The cats are mostly confined to two rooms that are cluttered.
My air doesn't works properly , I've been complaining about this issue since last year. I have AREA 10 working with with me trying to solve this , she and my doctor has gave doctor note for them to know that i cant be in a environment like this. They haven't came to fix this problem yet. I stay in country view apartments.

eastbound 3rd and kimble gets an extended green left arrow that backs up traffic on westbound 3rd. there is no visible reason why the arrow should be triggered when no cars are in that lane or why it needs to be extended when there has never been more than one car turning left.
People working at and patronizing this location have parking spaces that are right up against the road. Multiple times there have been cars parked in the smallest space with a quarter of the car still in the road. If blocking part of the road with a car isnt bad enough there have been more than a few times that the company blocks the road with their tow trucks either just sitting in the road blocking half a lane or parked sticking out of the gate blocking the road and any view to see around if its safe to go around. please address this issue before the business causes an accident.
Very shortly after you turn south onto walnut there is a GIANT pothole that is BOTH deep and wide. It is in the lane closest to the median. I hit the edge this morning in my car while I was turning onto walnut from winslow. It was dark, so I couldn't see it. It popped my tire instantly; there may be damage to the wheel itself. Honsetly, had I hit the whole thing, I could have some extensive damage and if this happened during high traffic, it could have caused a big accident. It should be fixed ASAP.
Walk light does not turn on to cross S Henderson St. That’s going west on E Winslow Rd using the sidewalk on its south side.
I would like to request that a turn signal be added to the traffic lights at the 3rd Street and Woodscrest intersection for drivers on 3rd Street coming from the East who wish to turn South onto Woodscrest. There is already a turn signal on Woodscrest for drivers who are driving North and turn West onto 3rd Street, and that turn signal is extremely helpful. However, there is no turn signal on 3rd Street for people who wish to turn left onto Woodscrest after coming from the East, and as a result, the turn is very difficult and often even unsafe to make. Often times, drivers never have a chance to make a left turn while the light is green due to the often high traffic on 3rd street, and so the drivers are able to turn only when the light turns yellow. Adding a turn signal there would undoubtedly increase the safety for everyone at that intersection. Many of the other intersections on 3rd Street have traffic lights with left turn signals, even for both the East and West directions, and I don't think that the 3rd Street and Woodscrest intersection should continue to lack a turn signal for drivers turning left onto Woodscrest. Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. Signal was operating in flashing red mode about 0930 hrs 1/29/2025. FYI. Intersection of 3rd/Hillsdale/Woodscrest.
