In the H-T this morning (17 June 2017), Carol Hanna writes about Bloomington not having a senior citizens center. I would like to suggest that the former Kmart building on East Third Street would make a good site for a senior center. The building itself could be divided into many areas, and there is a large parking lot. It is located near grocery and retail stores. Additionally, the public library Bookmobile stops in that lot once a week.

The trees in front of NAPA need to be trimmed back from the sidewalk. They are hanging down and not providing enough clearance for pedestrians.
On E. 7th St heading east, between Union and Bryan, there is a good sized pothole on the east side of the speed bump. You can't see it driving up the incline - on the right. Please fix. It keeps getting bigger! Thank you!
Turning left/south onto Rockport from Ralston is frightening. This morning I almost got hit. I do look north and south several times each before turning out. From the north cars are coming over a hill, and we can't see far enough south onto Rockport to see a car coming north. The trees on the SE corner of that intersection need to be trimmed way back, regularly. Thank you for listening and helping!
There's a rectangle shaped pothole on Lintel Drive. The one edge is probably 4 or 5 inches deep and sharp. Thank you.

I'm writing about an unfinished sidewalk hole in front of my house. (See photo.) A couple of months ago, contractors for Vectren Gas Co. dug up the sidewalk to repair a gas line running under the street to the house across the street from my house. They filled the hole with gravel, but never finished the repair with concrete. I don't know whom to contact at Vectren, so I thought I would write to you. My address is: 2220 S. The 25 MPH street sign on the north side of the road has been tagged with graffiti for a while. It makes it less visible to drivers at night.
