ihitPolly Grimshaw Trail (east portion near tennis court) has numerous bumps that are hazards to bikes at speed (coming down the hill at night. Homeless harassing park patrons. They are also stealing power from an outlet on the pole in the north east corner of park. They have piled up trash in that corner of the park as well.
Someone has a microwave, air fryer, and grill/hot plate that they are operating out of an outlet on utility pole in the back of the park. The food and waste is attracting wildlife/raccoons in the picture, is concerning for public safety
