Hi Parks and Rec,
Bloomington is such a great city. During the warmer months, there is always something to do. But for a community with so much family activity, there is surprisingly little to do in the winter. Where the alley between 5th Street and 6th Street joins Waldron Street from the east there is a need for a small load of gravel.

There is a great need for turn light at intersection of S. Woodcrest and E. Third Street. Traffic is heavy on Third street and nearly inpossible to turn onto woodcrest from thrid street without chancing collisions. I work in this area and am presented with this problem almost daily. There is always cars honking at other vehicles and persons taking a chance on turning when it is not safe to do so. We were told there would be a turn light installed a couple years ago but....we have not seen any indication of this happening. Please make it happen-East Third has been improved but now the turn problem will be worse.

1401-2003 South Sare Road

On northbound Sare Road, there is a turn lane marked for a left turn on to Cathcart St. However, there is no *turn arrow* on the pavement (as there are for the remainder of the left turns off Sare Rd - recently re-paved/re-striped). I have witnessed numerous near accidents at this location, as drivers believe this turn lane is the *beginning* of a second lane for the upcoming Sare Rd/Moores Pike/College Mall intersection. I believe an arrow placed on the pavement would remedy this potential problem.

Today I was southbound at Adams and Bloomfield Road. I waited over two minutes to turn right (since there is a "No turn on red" sign there). Traffic on Bloomfield Road was minimal... hopefully a sensor is out or something to sense cars on Adams Street.

Bloomington police are paid to sit in their squad car all night, harassing anyone who may walk by. As a tax payer, this is troublesome to me. Is there nothing better these police officers have to do? Probably not. I hate to see my money go to waste on talentless individuals such as Bloomington police officers. I believe these police officers would not be able to solve even the most basic of crimes. This is why I would like to see my hard earned tax dollars deverted to worthwhile resources such as education, rather than officers who provide nothing to the community.

there should be some changes on this intersection. There are no LT lane, but RT lane, which cause people to wait for just one car to take LT, or they use the RT lane to pass the LT lane and go straight, which cause mess in this intersection. 3 directions on this intersection has this problem. You can see easily if you pass by this intersection
