Traffic signals at College Mall Road and Covenanter Drive are not working correctly. Left turn arrows are being presented even with no cars waiting to turn. Signal duration also seems to be working incorrectly and unrelated to actual traffic flow/demand. (This problem seems to have started the recent power outage and signal work at this intersection.)
Traffic light at College Mall Rd and Covenanter Drive is not cycling properly. The left turn loops or cameras are not working properly for traffic turning left from College Mall Rd onto Covenanter. The light is only allowing three to four cars to turn left for just six seconds. This causes southbound traffic on College Mall Rd to back up all the way to Burger King.
Hello, I am checking to see if any pot hole and or improvements are scheduled for Weimer Rd connecting Tapp with 2nd St. This road is getting extremely rough and eroding away I believe somewhat due to the winter and the additional traffic that is traveling due to the construction work that is happening all around the area. South Weimer road from Tapp going north to the first house on the right has seen growing deterioration of the road at the margins in several places. It’s become a bit dangerous as people swerve into the other side to avoid the crumbled spots. It would be very appreciated if those could be filled in.

Deep pothole right turn lane/north lane by crosswalk going west on 3rd street turning left/east from colleg mall rd. Cannot avoid it when turning from college mall road.
It is a little rich that the city of of Bloomington expects citizens to clean their sidewalks at this point since the snow stopped on Sunday. However, the city cannot get its own street cleared at the intersection of East 3rd and College Mall Rd. The right turn lane has not existed for days because it’s snow-covered. When will this get fixed? The mayors post about getting sidewalks clear and potential tickets. It’s just a little too much to take when the city hasn’t met its own obligation.

Husky is left tied outside all day. Water not accessible today because under little trampoline type bed for him to lay on. Shelter is canvas dog house that blows around. Left out for long periods of time- all day into evening without shelter except for canvas one. Water is not heated so most likely frozen . I do not want them to know who reported . I am afraid of retaliation from them. It is a. They have two pigs inside as well as other dogs but this dog is left out most of the time.
