Is it possible to have a crosswalk painted on 3rd at Rose? Today I saw a blind person trying to make the crossing. Per the email below, a few years ago, it seemed this was a possibility. Yes. At this point, the likelihood of a sidewalk on Rose Avenue is very low. You probably have noticed changes on 3rd Street as a result of the City's Greenways Implementation Plan, however. Rose Avenue in the segment you describe is designated as a neighborhood greenway as well. So you will see some additional signage and striping at the 3rd & Rose intersection if you haven't already. Initially reported on 10/28. Amazed that a crew worked on the issue the very same day. Disappointed however that they did not finish the job. There are numerous large potholes in the southbound lane that force drivers to move into the northbound lane just before a blind curve.

Lighting for Cedar Creek Assisted Living sign is BLINDING at night. I have almost hit a bicyclist, a dog, and a deer turning onto Adams from Tapp Road at the roundabout because the sign lighting sits below the level of the sign. If it was raised up on both sides by 4-6 inches it would hit the sign- which is what it should do, not blind drivers or walkers entering the neighborhood.

Tree has fallen and is across the Polly Grimshaw Trail. This is just to the east of Pete Ellis Drive. Needs a crew with equipment to get in there and clear the trail. Thanks,

Echo Park has failed to clear the snow on the sidewalk in front of its property as of Wednesday, January 8. I notice many residents from surrounding neighborhoods rely on this sidewalk to reach the bus stop and other locations on foot.
