The streets in the Stonegate Division have not been cleaned in quite some time. Would it be possible for the street department to come out and clean them sometime soon?

Hello. I am the property manager for Tamarron HOA. There is a cross walk to Univeristy Elementary School from Tamarron. We are having issues with speeding vehicles and children crossing the street. At the HOA board meeting tonight it was suggested putting a three way stop sign at the intersection of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive to at least slow the traffic down. Who do we contact about this? One Board member brought up if there is a stop sign on the north end of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive, it will re-route cars down the south side of Tamarron so maybe installing two stop signs at each end of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive. No access to hot water for unreasonable amount of time
all of building c hasnt had hot water in a week and a half. i have children, we cant clean,cook or anything. they have NO real.answers about when it will be fixed. they said bottom of hot water heater rusted out from leaking water, buy a new one sooner than a week and a half now. legally this is child neglect. i cannot care for my one and 3 year old. cause of no proper water. this building is legally not livable. they should have put us in another unit or a hotel. til this resolved, my neighbor had a newborn and cant bring her home without a proper enviroment aka no water.

At mailbox, maple tree has top broken and about to fall but hung up by live branches. Also another branch is also hung up. May fall when someone collecting their mail.
