There is a blue Honda accord that has been parked on Stoneycrest for at least a week and a half without moving. Unsure if abandoned or not as there are at least 4 vehicles parked near it. This is at Stoneycrest near Winding Way.

The left traffic signal on North Kinser Pike at State Road 45/46 does not show a flashing yellow. The left turn arrow goes from green to red and never flashes yellow. Traffic is sitting there, not turning when there are no cars coming because it is a red arrow.

I am writing to follow up on my concerns regarding the ongoing construction of the new house across from 1422 North Hopewell Street. As you know, North Hopewell Street is quite narrow and a dead end. For the past year, construction workers have frequently blocked the road, making it difficult for residents to enter or leave. The street is only wide enough for one vehicle, yet construction personnel routinely park directly in the middle of the road or park vehicles on both sides. This has even caused issues for the trash collection services. This has become a daily problem, often causing delays that have made me late for work as I have to wait for vehicles to be moved. Unfortunately, it seems that there is often a lack of consideration or urgency in resolving these obstructions. Furthermore, the property has already hosted several gatherings with insufficient parking, which has further increased the congestion on the street. Hello, while biking on the Park Ridge Bike Trail (which leads under the bypass), I've noticed a lot of construction in that area. Specifically, I've noticed that gravel is being laid along the tracks, and was wondering if a trail is being put in there? Perhaps one that leads to Park Ridge East Park?! I really hope that's it, but thought I would check. Thank you!
