Good Morning: My wife is an on-call nurse--meaning access to the hospital is a critical part of doing her job, no matter the weather. I was disappointed to experience the north side of the intersection of Dunn all weekend then again yesterday morning as well as today. The south side of the intersection has been cleaned wonderfully--but the north side of the intersection has been in poor condition since the snow began accumulating. Without a four-wheel drive vehicle that sits high above the road, I am not sure my wife could have made it to work at any point using that intersection as the snow has been deep and has hardly been touched. I feel I should also mention that Dunn north of the bypass is barely wide enough for a single car right now--and traffic on this road is substantial on a daily basis. Is there a reason why the plow only plows the very middle of our street? Lakewood Drive, Ramble Rd are both plowed completely in general, while ours has only one 'swath' plowed out of the middle. House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.

Traffic light at 3rd/Kingston ( College Mall / Speedway Gas ) needs traffic sensors. Early morning (6-7:00am) the signal will cycle through cross street and turn lanes with no vehicles in those lanes, can take up to 2 full minutes waiting on the light with no other traffic at the intersection. Morning commuter traffic flow on SR46 is unnecessarily hampered at this light.

The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
