In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. A rental property across the alley from my house has 2 cars parked in a space for 1 car. One car crashed into my house and fled the scene. She continues to park there at 317 N. Fairview in the backyard.

Trash receptacles provided by Brawley Properties not sufficient for residents. Brawley is aware of the issue, and trash is blowing throughout the neighborhood, wildlife is digging through the garbage. It’s been going on for weeks. I’ve personally cleaned it up to prevent it from going into my yard, and all the neighbors are frustrated.

The only street light here has been out for a while. It is very very dark on this street at night. Hard to see anything without using a flashlight and there is night time foot traffic and I and my neighbors would feel more comfortable going outside at night if the light was operating properly.
