There has been a wrecked car parked partially in the street and partially on the grass in this approximate location for several weeks. It doesn't seem like that should be legal.
The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. Neighbor continually blocks alley way or also parks in grass . Creating a eye sore and makes it hard to get vehicles out of back shed . Her landlord had also recently told her she cannot park like this !

Individual in neighborhood continues to park on lawn, despite having a driveway, garage and plenty of parking space at curb side - 3542 N Windcrest Drive. Silver grey mustang
The vehicle has been parked in the middle of the yard for a few days. Additional office furniture has been outside for a similar period as well.
