I hope to enjoy D/T Bloomington in the future the solution to your parking problem at present and future is really quite simple. It must require that meter's be installed for on street parking to the point that customer's will see the advertisement for the fund's they will save by utilizing parking garages and will do such. As a pose to the high rate's required to park on the street. Let's make it happen!

I have seen the GPP and it is a wonderful idea; however, in reality you will see in the future that the majority of entertainment and shopping venue's will take place in D/T and the far West shopping areas as well as near the college mall. It is ideal, but not a realistic vision.
I wanted to officially complain about the litter on the street where I live. I just bought a lovely bungalow on South Rockport Rd between Rogers and Tapp. The litter along the road and in front of my home is terrible! I would love for this to be taken care of by someone. Hi, This apartment building I have identified has an issue with trash. There is no container for the residents to put their trash in so they are just leaving it on the ground. And its blowing round the neighbourhood. Would be grateful if you could contact the building owner to resolve the issue. I have never had any issue with that apartment building before. Regards Ian
ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL: a possible neglected animal should be investigated at the address: 3417 E. 3rd Street. There is what looks to be an American Eskimo in a pin with no bedding and even though i walk by it every single day, I have never seen anyone pay any attention to it. This seems cruel to me.
