There is a crack in the culvert under I-69. It was made by welding a coiled plate of steel into a pipe, but one of the welds is broken/missing. This is causing soil near the broken weld to wash into the pipe. if left unchecked, it could create a cavity around the pipe and sinkhole under I-69. I read the HT article on Poisonous Hemlock and how to report it. There is plenty growing on Burch Rd about two miles in from highway 45. Near the Burch Cemetery.

Dead dear blocking the road
There is a dead deer on Claybridge just south of Claybridge and Sare on the southbound side.
Light is not operating.
Drain in front of this property is blocked and the street flooded last time it rained. Drain needs unblocking and the flood debris needs clearing up
