My alleyway at on Madison Street, between houses 308 and 312 is a total mess. It runs from Madison to Rogers and is in total disrepair-dangerous to cars, bikes, strollers and those on foots. It has holes, crumbling all around the sides and large uneven patching. Please help!
Would it be possible to put in a crosswalk from the Eigenmann parking lot across Union Street. There was one there before but it did not get put back in after the road was paved.

I know I'm supposed to find my new account number on my new bill to log into the new system to pay my utilities bill. I've waited a couple of months now, but haven't received a new utility bill (via mail). I would like to suggest a crosswalk off of 10th and Union Street, between the Eigenmann Hall rear parking lot and Union Street Center. Cars are often speeding on this road, and many residents have had close calls with being hit.
On N. Union Street there is a dangerous crossing between a parking lot (next to Eigenmann Residence Hall) and the Union Street Residence Hall. I am a resident of the Union Street Residence Hall and my fellow residents complain regularly about the lack of a crosswalk to help us get safely between the residence hall and the parking lot. The crosswalk across 10th and Union Street is too far from the parking lot. Thank you!
