along the tree line behind my house at 3951 N, Rosewood ct and adjoining the Cascade Golf course there are tree limbs now rubbing against my house in storms. Can I cut these limbs or remove these trees?
I regret to report that the recent pothole patching has not improved the situation on Greenwood Avenue. Since we are just a one block dead end street, we have several children who play out on the street. A quick poll showed two skinned knees and one hand that were the result of three falls from the now raised areas of the road. We went from indentations to uneven bumps. Is there any chance we could be put into the mix for a future resurfacing of the street?

Burberry Ln/Graham Dr-street light out; also two more lights out on Graham between Burberry and Henderson.
Tree fell in our yard and is blocking 1/2 of city street (Limestone drive at Hoosier off S Walnut), blocking a stop sign.
Street light is out on the corner of S. Spicewood and Poplar Ct. I am not sure who maintains it but it's been out over a week.
There are now two left turn lanes at the traffic light that directs you to 37 North on second street. Numerous vehicles are going through the middle lane which is a left turn lane also. Traffic trying to move over to the left lane after being in the far right lane is having a difficult time as they do not know if the vehicle next to them is going to turn left as they should or just go through the lane. I live at Basswood Apartments and find it bothersome when the vehicle goes through the light and I am trying to get over in the left lane to go home. I didn't know how this could be remedied as the two signs by the two traffic light say "left turn only" and have arrows. Some vehicles slow down and just go through it when it is red to turn left and green for the right lane to go. There is going to be an accident.
At the url address of: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=912 In the section of "What to do if you receive a citation" it refers making payment to Monroe County Clerks Office with address of 301 N. College Avenue. MN does not have a Monroe County. Should the first and third bullet points be changed? Thanks for your time.
Disregard the feedback about the Monroe County in MN. Just after I sent it I realized I was looking a the Bloomington, IN website and not Bloomington, MN website. Sorry for the confusion.
