Water Utility Billing Problems

Case Date:
11/6/2012

I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. I would greatly appreciate your help in this situation, somewhere down the road things must have gotten switched around or confused. Thank you for your time. Devin Parsons 730 W. 17th St. 47404

Street Lights

Case Date:
11/7/2012

The entire line of street lights along S. Henderson behind Bloomington High School South and between Hillside and Country Club Dr. have been rhythmically blinking on and off for the past two nights. This is quite distracting when you are driving down the street. Thank you very much for your attention to this problem!

The city of Bloomington website is out-of-date. I was looking for breadmaking classes but it looked like you had to register in May. Can you clarify? Thanks...

Street Lights

Case Date:
11/8/2012

Street lights are blinking on and off every second along Henderson by South High School. And three lights are out between South drive and Timberidge making for a very dark walk for students. The residential street light at the entrance to Winslow Farms at the 4-way with Henderson and South drive is still out as well. This is a dangerous situation.

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application.
