Lawn is incredibly overgrown. Gutter of the house has also fallen down and not been dealt with
The lawn has not been mowed since 2024, resulting in grass that is over 14 inches tall. The house is located right next to the Park Ridge East community park, and local children have expressed fears about playing there due to the "scary house." This property is a rental unit, and the front gutter is almost entirely hanging from the roofline into the yard, giving it an abandoned appearance. The neighborhood has attempted to assist, but the house remains in poor condition. Other residents are currently trying to sell their properties or have attempted to do so without success. Potential buyers admit to looking elsewhere because this house, prominently located on the corner, is in full view of the park. Can someone please help? The owner may reside at 3708 E Reed Ct, Bloomington, IN. Thank you.is prominently located on the corner, in full view of the park. Can someone please help? Resident called Planning and Transportation to report tree branches are down in the street. They moved them off to the side of the street, but will need to be picked up.
Bike rack at Park Ridge East playground is damaged and coming loose from the pavement; it looks like a car has run into it.

Street light blinks on and off
We own a business building next to Kinser Flats. During covid, business slowed down and people had to work from home. The people that still went to the office became uncomfortable there due to the fighting next door, gun fire, profanity, vagrant people who would be passed out on the back deck, human waste, needles in the yard and on deck, random junk cars in the parking lot, zombie like people with camp sites set up in the yard and huge amounts of trash. We have had to replace Hvac (5 units) 2 times due to vandalism and had a concrete block thrown through a window, another window cracked, lots of broken outdoor furnishings, torn up masonry and lawn equipment stolen from shed that was also completely torn down. As a result of all of this, the value of the property has gone down significantly. We would like to get back into the building to do business and would like help/cooperation with the city and the people running Kinser Flats to make this possible. This building was a beautiful and safe place to work and do business before Kinser Flats and now it is unsafe and impossible upkeep. Please help!!!!!!!!!! Lucinda Farkas Owner, 441 W Gourley Pike
Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Thank you for your time, Ashley
