House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.
Streetlight at corner of Rockport and Countryside is out.
Water does not come out after coming back from winter break.
On 05Jan2018, a depression appeared on the street. It appears to be cracking through the pavement across a large portion.
It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.

I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. Water meter pipe is busted. I just got the whole underneath of my traliers water pipes detoughed and the base of the water meter is cracked I had water spraying all over me. I wrapped it up for now but still a very serious matter
Street light is out AGAIN!
Street Lights out between Henderson and Jordan along the length of Atwater.
On the southeast corner of the intersection at Woodlawn and Maxwell, runoff from the yard on that corner is causing significant ice accumulation on the road. It's impossible to pull up properly to the stop sign going north without veering into the middle of Woodlawn. I have lived on Maxwell for more than 20 years and don't recall seeing this problem before. There is a fire hydrant on the corner of the property, so perhaps this is the source of the water?
