Tenant submitted complaints regarding ice in the alleyway. Tenant stated that the alleyway is difficult to walk and drive on. If you could please salt/remove ice, Tenant would appreciate it.
While l love the permeable pavers at Hopewell Commons, I feel they create an unsafe environment. The pavers cross Morton, making that area appear to be an extension of the park. It doesn't look like a road, so I fear park users, especially children, won't look for cars. I think warning signs or additional stop signs could increase safety
Snow is piled up and there's no room for street parking at the corner of Grant & University. We need to have access to street parking on University Street or on Grant Street, for our corner lot house. We did our job of shoveling the sidewalks but we need the city's help for parking options.
All of Rockport between Fullerton Pike and Tapp could use some help, but right past the bend headed southbound (past the bump in the road on the curve), there's a pretty nasty pothole on the side of the road.
2 LARGE Potholes just outside the entrance to the Highlands subdivision on the southbound lane. In fact, many potholes on Rockport Rd. Every morning we are trying to avoid accidents on our way to work. Please fix these. Thanks
The street light across from our residence (3311 S Daniel Ct) is continually cycling on and off each evening/night. Thanks for your kind assistance!
Pothole south bound just north of Sare and rogers
The sand truck left a large pile of deicing material and a piece of the truck in the S. Daniel Court cul de sac this morning. Would it be possible to have someone come back to remove the excess material and truck part? (See photo... the material is a foot deep!) Many thanks!
