The address is possibly 2088 Liberty Drive (our insured's employee was a visitor to the city and is not familiar with the area). We are having difficulty identifying the owner of this property. Hello, My name is Kendall Burch and I am a student at Indiana University. I live at 1309 N Washington Street Bloomington, IN 47408 in a duplex. The duplex was built this past summer and sits at the end of a dead end, where there is currently no light. Next to our house is several bushes with a trail leading to a parking lot for an apartment complex across the street. My roommates and I have encountered more than one incident where we have seen individuals hiding in the trail at night because it is so dark. The latest incident happened this past weekend, but by the time the Bloomington Police Department arrived the man fled on foot. As citizens of Bloomington we feel we are in danger, providing a street light would make the area safer for everyone. Honestly, the entirety of the near north side from Dunn Meadow to 12th street and so is just COVERED in trash. Some yards are worse than others. In my years living here I'm not sure I've seen it so bad for so long. There are a lot of properties that could be cited. You could start with the house at the SW corner of Indiana and 7th and just fan out from there. It is embarrassing to the city, not to mention the university, as we are getting into high school junior visiting season.

Please inspect Corey Ln., between 2nd and 3rd streets. Many potholes and it is a narrow street. It is difficult and dangerous to try to avoid the numerous potholes. Thank you, Janda

Traveling south towards this intersection, as if you're traveling on Adam towards 2nd/bloomfield, this light is failing to detect cars and switch. This is the 3rd time I've waited 6+ minutes and having to then get out of my car, hit the pedestrian traffic signal, just to get the light to sometimes change.

I'd like to honor the late Billy Graham by changing the Bloomington roads with "Graham" in the name (i.e., East Graham Place, Graham Drive, etc.) to "Billy Graham." Billy Graham Place, Billy Graham Drive, etc. Not sure how to go about this request. Thank you for any assistance.
