Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. There are a lot of deeper than normal potholes on southbound Sare at the entrance to Meadow Creek apartments just past the church.

I would like to suggest sending a clean-up crew for the sidewalk on Gordon Drive East of Henderson behind the Sweetbriar neighborhood. I walked past there yesterday and it is filthy and full of debris. Placing about three trash cans along that road may also help. I love Bloomington and really enjoy my walks both along the trails and in the neighborhoods. Cannot wait for the new the Switchyard Park!

Parking meter #7641, at the corner of Sixth Street and College, did not register the quarters that I put into the meter. It registered only two of my five quarters so I did not get all of the minutes I paid for.

There are two very deep potholes on 17th Street near Assembly Hall. There is one in the Eastbound lane near the curb very close between Forrest Ave and Fee Lane (sorry, I know that's a few blocks long, but I can't recall the exact location). That pothole is DEEP! Also, heading west on 17th Street from Fee Lane, there is a pothole almost right at the 17th & Fee intersection (heading towards Assembly). Finally, 13th St between Fee and Indiana is pretty much toast. :-) Thanks for all you guys do for the city all year long. We REALLY appreciate you guys. Seriously. It can't be fun to get up at midnight when there is a snowstorm to plow and salt the roads...or to have to repave the entire city after everything melts and the street are littered with potholes.
