There is a blue Honda accord that has been parked on Stoneycrest for at least a week and a half without moving. Unsure if abandoned or not as there are at least 4 vehicles parked near it. This is at Stoneycrest near Winding Way.
I'm unable to find where I can submit payment online for my water bill. I've gone to the "Pay Utility Bill" page, but there isn't a link for Aqua Pay.

Morton st Garage the last two weekend has charged for parking on Sunday. I have had to pay each weekend to park.
A porta potty and a large backhoe is blocking the sidewalk and the view to see if cars are coming and school starts Wednesday so this will make it hard for walkers and for the school bus driver to see around the corner.
The alley that runs between ollitic and Lindbergh is barely passable. Drift made it worse.
The left traffic signal on North Kinser Pike at State Road 45/46 does not show a flashing yellow. The left turn arrow goes from green to red and never flashes yellow. Traffic is sitting there, not turning when there are no cars coming because it is a red arrow.
