excessive weeds growing in front yard, hanging over the road, blocking full road access for cars/pedestrians. weeds about 3 foot high. Looks to be between 2601 and 2615 e dekist. Also present are various items on display in a stand at 2601 e dekist, looks to be trash/refuse and easy to blow off the stand into the road, polluting the neighborhood. There is also food produce displayed here with no refrigeration or container, encouraging rodents/vermin and rotten food items near where children play. I am concerned this resident is not keeping up to city living standards and the 'communal living' center that seems to be run here is suspected of having more than 3 unrelated adults living here. If other residents are held to a city-defined standard, so should this address.

Apna Bazaar's storefront windows are completely covered in signage that has been put up in recent months (not grandfathered). There were some window signs there before, but the windows were not completely covered as they are now.
