There is a retaining wall located between the houses on S. Sweetbriar Circle and S. Henderson St. I realize that the wall is on the private property, but was wondering if the city had any details about how the wall was constructed or if there was a specific code that the builder was supposed follow in order for the city to permit the wall.

Hi, I let you know again again because the person before couldn't find the dead animal. I reported it is still there next to the Bloomington utilities fire station number 5. As you exit the parking lot, there is a stop sign across the sidewalk from the top from the stop sign is an oak tree and under the oak tree is some flat gray fur that doesn't smell anymore but it is still there.
