If one goes to your website on an iPad, and clicks on the "view full site" link, it takes you to the home page of the non-mobile site. BUT if you click on anything on that page, it takes you back to the mobile site. If your mobile site included everything that is on the regular site, that wouldn't really be a problem, but your mobile site is very difficult to use, contact information is virtually nonexistent, and if you give the option of non-mobile, then it should actually work. I have been completely unable to locate an email address for Animal Control, because it doesn't seem to be on the mobile site at all.
A sidewalk is really needed on East Allen Street from South Walnut St. to South Henderson St. (Bryan Park). This is a highly travelled road by pedestrians and cyclists (though there is a "bike lane," which is not separated from the road itself). However, parking is allowed on both sides of the streets and I have personally nearly been run over by cars on more than 5 or 6 occasions, as I walk the street every day. Each and every single day, I notice children waiting for the bus, standing on the street exposed to traffic coming both directions. And what's more, this is a main thoroughfare for the entire neighborhood as it runs right up to the main West entrance to Bryan Park, which is the location of the main playgrounds. I see children walking down this street every day to access the playgrounds and it is undeniably an unsafe street given that cars are parked on both sides and traffic is traveling both ways. A sidewalk on at least one side of the street is really, really needed as this has become a serious public safety issue. Thank you.
The left turn signal on the traffic light at the corner of High and Moore's Pike does not work for southbound drivers on High Street.
The light right by the bus stop on Allen (between Adams and Patterson) is out.
Going East on Grimes and turning South on Walnut in the morning and evening is already a nightmare. I must do it regularly. If you stop Eastbound drivers on Grimes from turning South on Walnut on the red light, simultaneously with the Walnut Northbound and Walnut Southbound drivers turning left on their green arrows [ie, turning West and East off of Walnut onto Grimes] then you will turn a bad dream into a nightmare. Traffic on Grimes is already so backed up in the morning and evening that it often backs all the way back to Rogers. If you choke off right-turn-on-red-to-go-South-on-Walnut for the people traveling East on Grimes, then it will back up all the way to Cook and no one will get anywhere. Hundreds of drivers turn right on red, going South on Walnut, every morning and evening. Put in a right turn lane for the eastbound traffic on Grimes!! Grimes from Walnut West is nuts every rush hour.
Over occupancy complaint for the HAND. This home has at least four tenants judging by who is regularly at the house. It is rented for $1,800/month which would also suggest more than three as the average at the high end is $500/bedroom and these homes are next to campus. Please investigate.
HAND: This home also has 4 tenants and rents for $1,600/month. I think that ALL Landlords should be required to abide by the law. Please look into this matter.
This report is for the HAND. I recently attended a gathering at this house and witnessed four unrelated adults living in the rental. They told me the rent was $1,800/month. I responded to a bloomingtonrent.com ad and was told that the permit is for 3 but 4 of us could live there but only three could sign the lease. This Landlord needs some counseling from you guys.
This is in reference to Case #141772. I should have been more detailed. You tested the pressure at 48PSI which confirms my test as I had a similar reading which I understand is acceptable while on the low end. My flow rate is not acceptable. I'm getting at best 3GPM from fixtures that should be delivering 5 to 6 GPM. Can you test flow rate at the meter? Thank you!
