purple tag (anti capitol)
One of the baracades from the new convention center build (in the back of our Music academy) was placed in a way where it is blocking access to one of our parking spaces. It seems to be placed outside of the gate that they erected and not on their property. It would be great if you could have them move it over so that we can access are parking. Also, there is a lot asphalt debris being left on our property as well from digging around that area.
A fallen smallish tree is blocking the pedestrian/bike trail (Polly Grimshaw trail) just east of Pete Ellis Drive and parallel to the railroad track. See photo attached.
There has been rotting trash on the sidewalk for 3 weeks
310 and 308 N. Lincoln has significant water drainage issues when it rains. We used to have a curb on that side of Lincoln, but it was removed. We need to have a small curb created to keep the rainwater from running down the driveway and into the units. The curb should run from just north of 310, all the way to the east side of 301 Lincoln Street.
Trash has not been taken to curb for pickup for past 2 months. It is attracting animals for nearby properties.
Trash strewn about and cans not emptied for over a month at 310 N Dunn St
No snow removal, hard lumpy ice has never been salted
