Trash can by street at 209 E. 12th. I do not know the rules about storing trash cans (with traxsh in them) in full view of the public, but I hope this is a violation. It is unsightly.

There used to be a port a potty at the That Rd parking lot on the Clear Creek Trail. Why was it taken out? That was a nice half way point when walking from Tapp to the Church Rd. Parking lot. Please replace it. Thanks
I am trying to register for HIP and can not find out how to register. Can you please give me instructions on how to register? Thank you for your time. Julie
My neighbors house at 1205 South Lincoln has garbage strewn all over the backyard that has been there for months. There are sometimes rats in the alley behind their property. The yard faces an alley that runs between Lincoln and Grant; viewed from the alley, the yard is a real eyesore. Can someone please ask them to clean up their garbage?
The left hand turn signal at the intersection of Sare Rd and Moore's Pike (i.e. northbound traffic turning west on to Moore's Pike) is not working properly. The sensor appears to be stuck "on" - and southbound traffic is backing up and not being handled correctly.
I was looking at garage parking permits and it said 67 for non reserved paring for 24 hours 7 days a week. I was wondering if this is an annual pass or do I pay weekly? Also does this apply to the parking garage on morton between 6th and 7th thank you
There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. Thank you for your assistance in removing this abandoned bicycle! :)
There are low tree limbs on S. Walnut causing damage to new cars being delivered to the Toyota dealership.
Hello, there is a large dead tree down in the residential neighborhood of Woolery Woods (picture attached). The property is located at the intersection of Countryside Lane and Star View Lane. The tree fell during a storm earlier this spring. The downed tree is located on a green space property that is owned and maintained by the developer, Arthur Management. There is no building structure on the property, but it is adjacent to multiple homes. I believe Municipal Code 6.06.020 (Deposit of Garbage) requires the property owner to dispose of the dead tree and the associated yard waste. Neighbors in our Neighborhood Association have attempted to contact Mr. Arthur, but he has been unresponsive to our requests. Thank you for any assistance the city may provide with helping to improve the aesthetics of our neighborhood.
