Please consider adding a ramp connecting the B-Line to Adams Street at the north end of the trail; this would make transitioning to the street from the trail (and vice versa) a lot more convenient and easier for cyclists.
The Rail Trail south of Country Club has some issues. There are large divots/depressions in the trail from the trees that fell in the June storms and the clean up. These depressions are difficult to see on the trail and are big enough and deep enough to be quite jarring on a bicycle. I imagine a runner or walker could get injured stepping into an unexpected hole as well. There are at least 3 or 4 of these depressions on the Rail Trail. Can the city get these leveled out? Please use a filler or fine gravel that matches the trail, not some large gravel sizes as have been done in the past on the Rail Trail repairs that create other issues.
Someone has smeared what looks and smells like dog feces into both of the water spouts on the drinking fountain. I am not carrying sanitizer to clean it or paper to mark it, but it is clearly a public health hazard.
When hiking the trail, we were passed 4 or 5 times by an individual driving a gas powered open body go-cart. He was doing laps on the trail.

Entire sidewalk along Highland Ave is not shoveled, forcing pedestrians and cyclists to utilize the street.

3 large potholes between Winslow Road and the YMCA on Highland Ave. 1. On the east side of the road at the sidewalk entrance to Winslow Park Trail, close to Winslow Road (about 100 feet away from the intersection) 2. 2 potholes on either side of the yellow line at the curve by the YMCA Upper Parking lot entrance. So you guys are sanctuary city which like every other city cry if you think you're cheated out of tax money you scream and throw a tantrum. But you welcome thousand thousands of helical elements to Bloomington with your hand wide open in between though and temper tantrum. So here's my issue we know they can't get a driver's license yet you see hundreds if not thousands of Mexicans new to the state driving now, which are unable to receive a driver's license and yet you guys are just nicely looking the other way. I saw a wreck yesterday or one of them took off after the rep because they didn't have a driver's license this is unacceptable behavior from the city you guys need to address it
Please clear major sidewalks. Clearance of the roads seems to be a priority, but not the sidewalks if we want to have a city that people can walk around in. We need to clear sidewalks when there is snow otherwise it’s very treacherous and then people will just only drive around, which is not our state of goal for the city
