Sidewalk Snow removal has been totally inadequate on both sides of Woodlawn for the entire length of the block between 3rd and Atwater. For every snowfall basically ever. All week we have just had to walk in the street or slip and slide and break our arms. It’s always like this.

The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. The walkway around the construction area (across from Bloomington Transit) has not been touched. The walkway is covered in deep snow and unsafe..
The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off,please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.
Please add more signage to 3rd and Rogers St. to discourage through traffic on W 3rd St. especially large trucks and vehicles with trailers. 4th St. & 3rd St. & Howe are all designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan. They are to be “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. I am asking if a similar sign could be newly added to the two sign posts at Rogers that are of a picture of a black truck with a red circle crossing it out, add the written signs underneath that, is that possible? Thanks.
Hello again, thanks for changing the one small sign on 3rd. St. Now I'd like to request adding "NO THRU TRUCKS" x2 signs to the two no trucks image signs (red cross-out) that are at 3rd and Rogers on the west-side facing east. They are not working, there is a huge influx of thru truck traffic on W 3rd St. and I think adding the written out signs to the two existing signs would help solve the problem. Thanks, Jaclyn
