There is a giant hole in the alley way behind 809 S. Fess around where work was done on a manhole some time ago. The hole has gotten huge and when it rains it fills with water. Many cars use this alley to get to parking behind their houses. When filled with water, the hole can nearly swallow a small car. It continues to get larger as time is passing and is dangerous.

The sidewalks on South High Street are being obstructed by low-hanging tree branches. These branches hang 3-5 feet above the sidewalks and may be hazardous to walkers and runners. They demand constant ducking and dodging, perhaps even into the street in some cases. The leaves conceal hard branches beneath them, and I have seen several walkers and runners hit their heads.

I would like to report several trees along High Street with low-hanging branches that are partially blocking the sidewalk. These tree branches are hanging 3-5 feet above the sidewalk and making it very hard for anyone to walk or run without having to duck constantly. The tree branches are posing a hazard because pedestrians may need to step out into the street to navigate around them because they are partially obstructing the path. Is the city responsible for the trimming of tree branches above sidewalks? The issue has been worsening since last year.

Seeking record of my divorce from Jerry L Troyer. I'm embarrassed to admit I'm not sure of the date – believe it was 1977. There are a number of street lights out on the west side of College Ave between 15th and 13th street. There are all out in a row. There is a new apartment building at the corner of 14th and College on the southwest corner. The light went out when that building was being constructed. Now that the building is finished and occupied, the streets lights that are out should be lighted again. When they are out all in a row like that (between 4 and 6 lights are out), it makes the area very dark and makes the bike lane on the west side of College very hazardous. Please get these lights turned back on. Thank you.

6th & Washington Street - stop sign .. arrows needed badly painted on 6th St to indicate which lane goes straight and which one is for turning. Also the far left lane is almost impossible to see oncoming traffic due to parked cars on the side of Washington St

There is sand in the bicycle lane on N College Ave in many places between Old State Rd 37 and the railroad underpass.

The house at 800 S. Fess Ave. has the most overgrown backyard in the area. 5 foot tall weeds, scrap lumber, stacks of rocks and junk are in this yard, visible from the alley between Henderson and Fess off of First Street.

Alley between Washington and Lincoln off of First Street is totally overgrown, making it almost impossible to go from First to Wylie this way. My 90 year old parents live at First and Washington and we use this alley!
