Attempted to charge EV in garage at approximately 2:30 pm on Saturday, 10/25. Charger blocked by non-EV. Called city to report, but person who answered phone refused to do anything.

No one put any salt down in the neighborhood within the past 3 days or has cleaned anything off it is impossible to leave
There are so many loose power lines all over Varsity Court properties. There is one in the main parking lot that is dangling so badly as well. I made a maintenance request for the other one and they just moved it into some branches instead of actually getting someone to fix it.

Along 46 in front of the State Bloomington and Varsity apartments, the sidewalks to get to the stadium are still not plowed. I have to park at the stadium since my apartment is out of parking, but it’s super difficult to walk in the snow :(
If possible, could we please contact South Bloomington HS about their loudspeakers? I realize that nearby neighborhoods are subject to some noise, but I can hear every word of the announcer. This has been an issue for years, but a friend of mine complained just texted me about it, having recently moved into the Spicewood neighborhood. I find it extreme that a house 2.2 miles away can still hear the game. Please, I highly support public education, but I hate hearing every detail of the football game while trying to enjoy my Friday night (or for that matter, Saturday afternoon while trying to work).
Is there a valid reason for a "Temporarily Experiencing Homelessness" person to be carrying a Kobalt bolt cutter on Kirkwood near the library? Does Ace Pawn rent these now? Why would such a person need to be carrying a bolt cutter?
Front yard is all dug up - does not look like utilities were marked. Is a permit needed to do this? If so, was one issued?
