I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Tree limbs, mostly unbagged, on driveway next to sidewalk. I will move them to the street if someone calls or emails me but the city seems to want them to remain on private property.
We have tree debris lined up between the sidewalk and road. Im working to make sure they are all cut down to 4 feet as per the info I’ve seen online. You can take it all.
