I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? The school zone flashing lights did not appear to be flashing heading west (towards High Street) on 2nd street right before the school, despite children, crossing guards, and school busses present. (The lights were flashing heading east at the same time).

Is it possible to put sensors on traffic light at the bypass and Matlock Rd? The red light is way too long for crossing over the bypass; a lot of the time there isn't any traffic on the bypass in either direction. Also, the left turn lane is too wide and the straight lane is very narrow which causes people turning right on to the bypass to wait for long periods of time. It should be like Fee Lane with a left turn lane, straight lane, and a right turn lane. Thank you.

The asphalt needs repairs along E. Wylie Farm Road, a City street, at the connection to S. Bayberry Drive, a private street. The repairs are needed in the right-of-way along E. Wylie Farm Road. Thank you.

Light Trespass. Ongoing problem. The city has investigated before and confirmed light trespass. The large carriage lights on the east of the house porch are nonconforming with city code, they are unshielded, and are left on all night, as well, and there is light trespass on the neighboring property.This has been verified by a site visit by the city, measured on the neighboring property. Please enforce this. The light trespass is a continuing problem and it is disruptive to neighbors, as well as being a circadian rhythm disruptor. Apparently the house is unoccupied currently, and in a misguided effort to make the house look occupied, the exterior lights are left on all night. Thank you for enforcing the city code, and stopping this violation and nuisance immediately.

Walking kids to school- sidewalk not shoveled from Jan 4 snow, or Jan 10 snow. Driveway plowed both times so can’t think owner is unaware.
