E. Covenanter signal at College Mall Rd stays green far too long 24 hours a day. 50 seconds is too long for the amount of traffic that uses Covenanter. It causes back-ups on College Mall Rd during the day, and I sat for almost a minute at 2am last night on the way to the emergency room.

The traffic light at the intersection of South College Mall Rd and Covenanter has messed up light timing early in the morning. I go to work and am passing through the intersection at about 6:05am, and the people traveling on College Mall Rd (which is the main road with the most constant traffic) only have a 25 second green light, when the people traveling across Covenanter have a 50 second green light. Please pretty please consider switching the two light timings so that the main road has the most time to pass through the light, or make it a sensor triggered light perhaps at that time of day? Most of the time not one person will pass through crossing over on Covenanter while there are 5-8 cars waiting at the light on College Mall. It really makes no sense. I hope this can be changed. There appears to be ongoing towing- or auto-related business activity being operated out of this residential rental property. A tow truck is present at the property on a regular basis. At any given time, there are typically 3–4 vehicles stored in the driveway, with 2 additional vehicles consistently kept in the rear of the property behind a bush and shed. Vehicles rotate frequently and are often present for multiple days at a time before being replaced by different vehicles. This pattern has been consistent over time and appears to be more than personal vehicle ownership or occasional guest parking. Observed details: Tow truck is frequently parked at the residence Vehicles rotate regularly (clear turnover) Multiple vehicles stored simultaneously Vehicles remain on-site for days at a time Rear-yard vehicle storage partially concealed from street view Concern: This appears consistent with commercial vehicle storage and towing-related activity at a residential rental property, which may violate zoning, home occupation limits, or vehicle nuisance/parking regulations. Requesting review by the appropriate department.
The intersection of watson and Madison is a 4 way stop sign intersection. Throughout the day cars fly through the intersection because they are avoiding the light at s Roger's and country club. Can the signs also says all sides stop. Or speed bumps. Kids live in the neighborhood and walk home from the bus and school. Its dangerous.

snow plows came Sunday for the first snow, but I haven't seen any since. Cars have been getting stuck in front of my house. I drove around the Broadview neighborhood last night and lots of roads look like they haven't had a second pass through.
