Just a question regarding the signal at 10th and the Bypass, specifically when a train is passing, just south of the intersection: why is eastbound traffic not given a green light? It makes sense that southbound traffic at that intersection shouldn't get a green light until the train has passed, but I'm uncertain why traffic on 10th, heading straight east, is held up when there's a train. These two vehicles (white Mercedes license plate 116NKH and black Lincoln license plate QQ2255) have been parked on S Adams street for as long as I can remember - at least a year, possibly close to two years or more - and have not moved. They have expired tags, flat tires, are a mess, etc. I have left notes on the cars a few times to ask if the owner could move them - especially after the snow storms in January so the City could clean the streets - and they have not moved nor have I seen anybody attend to them at all.
W Vernal Pike & State Highway 37: During the last 2 snowfalls only the left turn lane on W Vernal Pike to State Highway 37 has been plowed. The "straight" lane of W Vernal Pike, crossing State Highway 37 & the right turn lane from W Vernal Pike to State Highway 37 were not plowed
After the storm on June 25 this tree has been leaning over Fountain Drive. It is tall enough for most passenger vehicles but seems it might be continuing to fall towards the roadway.
loose storm grate in northbound lane just north of crosswalk makes a loud noise whenever a vehicle drives over it. makes sleeping difficult. :-(
The contractor doing underground work (fiber?) left a bunch of loose soil along the west side of Walnut St Pike. They came back and seeded and strawed some mother areas but not this.
The alley between Washington and Lincoln and 11th and 12th is filled with trash, including tires. I believe this is city property? Not sure if the residents or city are responsible for it.
The street storm drain is completely covered. During the storm last night the street was completely flooded about 15-20 feet from the drain (south).
Summit Ridge has not had even one snow plow through yet.
Trash and recycle were missed in the neighborhood this morning. They are usually here by 7:30 am
