Hello! A couple hours ago I ran over a massive pothole on S Clarizz Blvd. I was heading Southbound after turning off of E 3rd St. I was about halfway between where I turned off of E 3rd and reached the stop sign. Sadly, it popped my front left tire. I mainly just wanted to report it to be fixed, but someone from the City told me I might be able to get reimbursed as well. There have been 2 stray dogs around my property/eating my trash off and on past 3 weeks. They’re obviously starving and seemed to be stray animals. They’re always walking the road or the road over (Pottersville/mills creek). Spencer humane society is not taking new animals. Can you help?
