The street light on the 900 block of Howe Street, close to wear it intersects with Davisson, is never on when I come home at night. Following up on Case 188180. This report shows that it has been closed, but the valve cover has never been lowered to sit flush with the surrounding sidewalk. This creates a trip hazard and violated City ordinances related to ADA compliance and sidewalk maintenance.
