Malfunctioning Traffic Walk Signal. Hasn't gone off/stopped talking since the storms on monday. The signal is at the intersection of 17th street and Fee Lane.

It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.
