Please clarify if a rental e-bike parked curbside on a public street in a neighborhood is permissible use under city standards. It is parked on public property that does not block the right-of-way, limit access for individuals with disabilities, risk damaging private or public property, or jeopardize public safety. It is also parked in the same manner that a car is permitted to park by the curb.
