The new W pedestrian entry to Rose Hill Cemetary is cleared from the walkway to the pillars, but blocked by mounds of snow from the pillars to the cemetery roadway. Please keep all pedestrian walkways to and from the cemetery clear and safe.

There is mud all the way down the alley that is being tracked by foot traffic and vehicles. The mud is being tracked into the Cantol Wax building by the residents. It is also being tracked onto the city sidewalks leaving the alley due to Miller Pipeline working on the gas lines in the alley. 211 N Washington St

The city has once again cleaned out the drain and thrown the debris in my yard. I am 72 years old and cannot dispose of this. This has happened numerous time and I have reported it before.

One of our Adopt a Stream volunteers did some water testing in the Matlock Heights neighborhood creek. She was prompted to do so because the creek had a sewage and detergent smell to it. The two sites she tested were marked on the map and her results were: Site 1 results pH: 8 Nitrate: 2 Nitrite: 0 Oxygen: 5 Site 2 results pH: 9 Nitrate: 3 Nitrite: 1 Oxygen: 5
