See the picture - resident is evidently unaware (or willfully ignorant) of trash and recycling protocol.
- Garbage on the lawn/front yard of the property. - Garbage bin stays on the sidewalk for days.
Recycling bin rejected 3 weeks in a row, has been parked by the road the entire duration. Pile of waste in front yard as well.
Trash everywhere.

This is yard was has been here a month. Please place the notice to clean up on 3410 door not 3408 like last time. The owner wr lives in 3410 and when was there a follow up on the last complaint 20 days ago
