Was walking to the parking garage after class and when I came into the stairwell two homeless people were at the bottom of the steps. One had a needle in her hand getting ready to shoot whatever she had and the other man sitting watch. This situation is extremely dangerous and not right for the public to see just going to class. Renters here have way more trash every week than will fit in the small trash can/cart they have. Bags of trash left on the driveway beside can/cart. Why are they not required to get a bigger cart? Animals will get into trash and scatter it. They don't take the cart back to the house for several days also.

At mailbox, maple tree has top broken and about to fall but hung up by live branches. Also another branch is also hung up. May fall when someone collecting their mail.

The intersection at Boathouse and Forrester could probably use a 4-way stop now that bushes and parked cars can block the view when turning left from Forrester to get to Sare. Can be difficult to pull out while not seeing oncoming cars.

My water bill is charging us for over 33k gallons of water used last month which did not happen. We had maintenance check for leaks and they saw nothing so we believe there is an issue with the meter
