Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity rush events have been held at this location all week. Flags are back up. Blue tarps are up along Atwater between the houses as well as across the back properties preparing for another party. This neighborhood is NOT zoned for this type of activity. For multiple months there has been an eye-searingly bright yellow box truck with phallic graffiti parked at this address. Are commercial vehicles allowed to park for extended periods of time in residential neighborhoods?
Parking meter # WALS406-A has what looks like 2 coins jammed into the coin slot. Meter will only take cards.
Bedrak Café- will tow vehicles after hours for $200.00. Their signs are nowhere near the parking spots that are considered 'private'.

Older nissan maxima parked on the street, posted no parking on either street in our neighborhood, with no license plate for over 2 months. Please ticket/tow!
Residents at 814 S. Eastside Drive routinely park on their lawn to fit 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway. There are 2 cars parked on the lawn.
