The sidewalk in front of the Bloomington Thrift Store is still covered with ice, 23 days after the snow stopped falling. They cleared their parking lot well but did nothing to the sidewalk. And there’s a deep puddle just a bit east of there, on the north side of the overpass in front of the old motorcycle store, now closed. The puddle is at least four inches deep. I hope the city learns from this recent heavy snow to do a better job at clearing paths for all, but I am not confident.
Delivery vehicle parked illegally in no passing zone during a busy hour of the morning. Traffic was forced to pass in the oncoming (Eastbound) lane in a no passing zone heading directly into an intersection with The B-Line Trail. Much of the oncoming traffic was large trucks, FWIW. Traffic was at times backed up to the light at College and Kirkwood. This was around 9:15am. I waited 10 or more minutes, staff seemed in no hurry to rectify the situation.
Sidewalk closed sign laying in the tree plot. There's no construction going on around here, so I am not sure how or why it's here. Just thought I would let you know in case you are missing one.

Retaining wall blocks fallen into and obstructing the sidewalk along southern side of W 7th St near the intersection with N Rogers St.
There is a bat which is either dead or hibernating on the wall, right above the Mercury apartment entrance within the parking garage. The entrance is located on the third level (near the handicap spots that are labeled in the “350s”). The bat has been in the same spot for three days and I find that spot is dangerous for residents and for the bat.
