June 25 storm. Very large evergreen/pine trees blew over. Insurance says it’s the city’s responsibility to clear the blocked sidewalk. Myself and my neighbors cannot see to exit our driveways. Feel free to contact me for any questions. Thank you!

We submitted a request for storm debris pick up from our property on Jul 11th. It was assigned a case number (#191873), but the debris has not been picked up yet. The status of the report states that it was closed automatically as soon as the request was submitted. Not sure what is going on.

Per Mike Stewart, please clear the sidewalk of the fallen trees so that pedestrians can use them and myself and my neighbors can pull out of the driveways without worrying about getting hit since line of sight is impacted.
Note there are several spots across Rockport rd sidewalks where the power company did their repairs but the tree debris still blocks the sidewalk. This ticket is about what’s in front of my property specifically just wanted to make you aware that there are other hazards along the sidewalks for pedestrians.
Thanks for your help!

7/3/24 our recycling was not picked up despite our bin being curbside since 7p the night before. It appears our recycling bin was skipped and the remainder of the neighborhood was collected.
